Cautions: Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency, kidney stones, and a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking antimicrobial treatments, vasodilators (dilate the vascular system to treat heart conditions), blood thinners, or other potassium containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt substitutes. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal cramps, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if these symptoms are severe.
