Description
Metagenics Benesom 60 Tablets:
Used as a sleep aid.
Used as a sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder.
Ingredients:

| Chinese Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis L.) 12:1 root extract equivalent to 2.4 g of chinese skullcap | 200 mg |
| Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 5.5:1 aerial parts extract equivalent to 550 mg of passionflower | 100 mg |
| Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 375 mg of lemon balm | 75 mg |
| Magnesium (magnesium citrate) | 70 mg |
| Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 6:1 root extract equivalent to 300 mg of valerian | 50 mg |
| Calcium (calcium lactate) | 35 mg |
| Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) Cone 7.5:1 Extract | 25mg |
| Melatonin | 1.5mg |
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg.), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose: Adults take 1-2 tablets at or before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution: Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking any medications or are being treated for any diseases or health conditions. If symptoms persist or worsen consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consumption with alcohol or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Rare allergic reactions and mild gastrointestinal symptoms have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
