Vitamin K2 is required in order to use calcium in the process of creating a healthy bone matrix-it activates a protein called osteocalcin, which is involved in the bone-building process (it binds calcium to the bone, thus strengthening the skeleton). Vitamin K deficiency leads to inactive osteocalcin that cannot bind calcium to the surface of the bone.

Ingredients:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Alfalfa (Medicago sativa, aerial parts) powder (100 mg), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, brown rice flour, dextrin, sunflower oil, sodium casein, starch, glycerol fatty acids, ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) extract.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children 4 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily with food (contents of capsule may be sprinkled on food), or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Adolescents (14 years and older) and adults: 2 drops once daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
