Genestra Formula OSX 90 Tablets:

Calcium -magnesium Supplement.

Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus; helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth; and helps to maintain proper muscle function.

Ingredients:

Each Tablet Contains:
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)	1.9 mcg / 75IU
Calcium (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate/calcium carbonate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite from bovine bone ♦)	250 mg
Phosphorus (dibasic calcium phosphate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite ♦)	100 mg
Magnesium (magnesium oxide)	125 mg
Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs ▲ complex)	25 mcg
Vanadium (vanadium Krebs ▲ complex)	20 mcg

♦ Freeze-dried bovine bone ▲ Citrate/ fumarate/ malate/ succinate/ alpha-ketoglutarate

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, pharmaceutical glaze

Tamper-resistant package. Do not use if outer seal is missing or broken. Store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
