Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Ethanol, Purified water.
Suggested Dose: Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Take 10 drops 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Acute dosing: Follow the above age recommended drop amounts and take every 15 to 60 minutes (up to 12 times per day) or until symptoms improve, then resume general dosing. Consult your healthcare practitioner for prolonged use

It Works
This product is very good for hot flashes. The only thing that I find is that it does not last long. If you follow the directions 10 drops 3 times a day the bottle only last for 2 weeks.
