Ingredients:

Each Capsule Contains:
Curcuminoids-Phosphatidylcholine complex (Curcuma longa (root) & Helianthus annuus (sunflower) (seed)) Standardized to 33% curcuminoids	150 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: High and low viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Time-Sorb), L-Leucine, Calcium Laurate, Calcium Citrate, Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Silicon Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose.

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1-2 capsules twice daily or as recommended by your health professional. Consult a health professional for use beyond 3 months.
