Propolis - A Healing Gift from the Humble Bee

Propolis is a great example of nature’s splendid economy. A resinous natural substance produced by bees to protect and line the inner walls of their hives, it doubles as a powerful medicinal remedy for humans, who have used it for centuries, if not millennia.

The strong antioxidant and infection-fighting properties of propolis are immediately related to the biologically active compounds in it. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol

Dosage:

Adults: Take 0.22-0.6 ml (7-20 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
