Description
St Francis Feverfew 1000 Ml :
(Tanacetum parthenium)
Used in Western herbalism to help prevent migraine headaches.
Feverfew is used, aptly enough, for fever, and also for headaches, menstrual irregularities, tinnitus, vertigo, nausea and vomiting, and to prevent migraines.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml):
Feverfew tops *(Tanacetum parthenium) 200 mg QCE (1:5)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Alcohol, Vegetable glycerine
*Feverfew tops are Certified Organically Grown.
QCE = Quantity Crude Equivalent
Administration:
Adults: Take 0.15-1 ml (5-30 drops) 2 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Use for a minimum of 4-6 weeks to see beneficial results.
Contraindications and Cautions:
Contraindications: Do not use: if you are pregnant; if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are breastfeeding; if you are taking blood thinners. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Sore mouth or mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort are known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
