    I have been using this multi for over a year and I am 37 years old now. I feel so much better since I have been on it. My energy levels are better than they have ever been, and over all I feel much healthier and contribute my weight loss to this product. I did stop taking it for 3 months to see if there was a difference and well I'm back on it for a reason. I noticed how drab I left without it. I also have my husband who is 39 on the mens multi and he says the same. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.
