Suggested Use: One probiotic capsule daily, preferably with meals. Do not give to children under eight years of age due to possible choking hazards. Remember, always refrigerate live bacteria, do not freeze, and keep probiotic products out of direct sunlight. Probiotics should be taken at least 2 hours after consuming herbs (i.e., garlic and echinacea) and prescription drugs such as antibiotics. Some herbs, and all antibiotics, will eliminate not only undesirable, but beneficial bacteria as well.
