Ingredients:

| Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) | 5 mcg |
| Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) | 25 mg |
| Choline (as choline bitartrate) | 150 mg |
| Inositol | 75 mg |
| Taurine | 50 mg |
| L-Methionine | 50 mg |
| Betaine HCl | 50 mg |
| Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L) 10:1 leaf extract equivalent to 150 mg of artichoke | 15 mg |
| Chen Pi (Citrus reticulata) 5:1 fruit extract equivalent to 162.5 mg of Chen Pi | 32.5 |
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose: Adults take two tablets daily at mealtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Do not use if you have a bile duct obstruction or are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, or have gallstones, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
