Hylands Leg Cramps 100 Tablets:

Homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of symptoms of cramps and pains in lower back and legs.

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal ingredients: Acacia Gum, Lactose.

Suggested Dose: Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue 2 to 3 times a day. Acute dosing: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses or until improvement of symptoms, then resume general dosing.

cautions: Consult a health care practioner before use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if symptoms persisit for more than 7 days or worsen or if you are sensitive to quinine.
