Genestra Super Cal Mag :

Calcium- magnesium supplement.

A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth; helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins and helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus; helps to maintain proper muscle function and helps in tissue formation; helps to prevent manganese deficiency. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)	1.9 mcg/75 IU
Calcium (bovine meal / dibasic calcium phosphate/ calcium carbonate)	150 mg
Phosphorus (bone meal / dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate)	75 mg
Magnesium (magnesium aspartate/ oxide)	75 mg
Manganese (manganese citrate)	5 mg
Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs ♦complex)	15 mcg
Vanadium (vanadium Krebs complex)	25 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica
