Essiac Formula Powder 42.5 Grams:

ESSIAC is a herbal formula developed by Rene M. Caisse, a Canadian nurse. Since 1922, Nurse Caisse used ESSIAC, her original herbal product to help support the immune system.

Ingredients:

Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa);  contains high amounts of inulin and mucilage. Herbalists have used burdock as a liver tonic, diaphoretic and diuretic, blood purifier, laxative, antipyretic, and antimicrobial and for a variety of dermatologic conditions. For more information about burdock

Purity : The herbs used in ESSIAC are grown without the use of pesticides and are not irradiated. ESSIAC is produced to a pharmaceutical grade certification.

Directions: to see the full benefits of the ESSIAC; users may want to consider using the ESSIAC program as guidance to ensure consistency and better results. The program you choose to follow should depend on the intended daily intake. Below are the daily suggested amounts, should you choose to follow the program.

Full Program: Amount: 4 ounces (120 ml) twice daily for Duration of 12 weeks which requires 12 boxes.

Half Program: Amount: 2 ounces (60 ml) twice daily for Duration of 12 weeks which requires 6 boxes.

Essiace is better to be taken 1  hour before or after food or beverages.

Add one box of ESSIAC to 88 fl oz (approx. 2.5 liters) of water in a covered vessel. Use filtered, distilled or spring water. Use stainless steel or glassware. Do not use an aluminium vessel. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep covered during this process. Remove from heat, keep covered and let stand for 4 hours to increase potency. Bring to a boil again and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep covered during this process. Remove from heat. Scald, or dishwasher clean, a tall narrow container and pour in the ESSIAC^®. Cover, refrigerate and let stand overnight to increase potency. A small amount of sediment may be present in the final ESSIAC liquid. Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze or microwave.

One box (1.5 oz) of ESSIAC Powder makes approx. 72 fl oz (2 liters) of ESSIAC. One box will last 1-2 weeks, depending on the daily intake. ESSIAC tastes like an herbal tea. The ESSIAC powder formula may be sweetened with honey, if desired.
