Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil has the highest concentration of magnesium in the Ancient Minerals product line. Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil is not actually an oil, but it was coined as such due to the high concentration of magnesium chloride in the water, which presents itself in oil like texture. 

Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil is extracted from the ancient Zechstein seabed in Europe, 1600 to 2000 meters deep in the interior of the Earth. Well-protected for the last 250 million years, it is the purest magnesium oil in the world. 

This oil contains 100mg of magnesium per ml.

Water, genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride, and natural trace minerals.

Suggested Use:

Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil can be used in one of three ways: 

1. Directly on the skin 

Rubbing Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil directly onto the skin in concentrated form is the most economical use and offers the most benefits. It is also effective as a massage oil.

2. Warm bath  

Adding Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil to a warm bath provides a relaxing and health-enhancing magnesium soak.  

3. Foot soak

Adding Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil to a foot soak provides the same benefits as a full tub bath but is less time consuming.
